Midwest Preservation Bargain: 353 Woodlawn, Zanesville OH

These nice Frame  2 Story Victorians are often overlooked. This one has  nice front bay window on the first floor. More importantly it retained its Victoria scrollwork over the porch and other details on the gable. Other than maybe a different set of paint colors there isn't much to do outside.

Inside is pretty much the same a little redecorating here and there but this house still has its great claw foot tub and  a slate mantle we'd expect to see in a mansion not a middle class 2 story home.
