This home in Covington KY. has a nicely detailed exterior  with great original stone retaining wall.

 In fact we love the porch with its architecturally paneled ceiling.

The home need some restoration due to some unsympathetic restoration done in the 1990's but it can be lived in while you restore it to its period Victorian Elegance.

Nice trim  throughout and good mantle provide a strong base for restoration. Take it back from the 1990's to the 1890's and we think its a winner. The home has two car garage and generous lot as well
