Normally I do a post a day but occasionally I get a spare moment so here is todays "bonus' post. Here is a nicely restored home. bedroom , almost 3000 square feet. You could not restore this house to this condition for its 225K asking price!

The entry doors let you know you are entering very special high end period home.

The grand staircase is  a study in period elegance.

The parlor has really great features, love the mantle!

Formal dinners will be treat in this space.

Great study/den space  with another stellar mantle.

One of FOUR bedrooms . I could relax here.

The kitchen  has everything you need too.

You can it on your front porch and chat with the neighbors.
