Maybe its because it 5 degrees outside as I write this but seeing this house with its daffodils' and Tulips reminds me that Spring is around the corner, real estate markets will heat up again and this house will sell. Will you be the person we are all envious of who bought it in winter when others were not thinking ahead to spring?
This classic Italianate has leaded glass windows, 6 fireplaces, French doors, arched doorways and all water lines have been replaced.
We like the quality we see with the beamed ceilings , grand staircase etc. We suspect there is some redecorating to do but bring your paintbrush an finish the way you want and you will be sipping tea on that front porch watching the daffodil's grow.
